The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law "On Fire Safety" at the First Reading

The Bill enhances responsibility of economic entities for the unlicensed conduct of economic activity in the field of fire safety liable to licensing; conduct of economic activity without a permit issued by the State Fire Supervision agencies for the start of work of enterprise or lease of premises; submittal of invalid data concerning compliance of material-technical base with legislative requirements to the State Fire Supervision agencies of a deliberately false fire brigade call.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 2361.
